Building Inclusivity Through My Indie Game Universe

A Dream Beyond Boundaries

I have a dream—and I am pursuing it the moment I wake up. It’s a dream to build a universe that is inclusive, imaginative, and unapologetically unique. My indie game universe is not just a fantasy realm; it’s a canvas for revolution, reflection, and resilience. Today, I’m reaffirming my commitment to this inclusive vision, which blends real-life memories, art, and aestheticism.

The Black Sheep Revolution

I’ve always identified as the black sheep, not afraid to stand out, to challenge norms, and to invite others to do the same. My indie game universe reflects this ethos—a place for the “lost sheep” who aren’t afraid of embracing their uniqueness. Together, we can start a revolution, not through violence, but through subtle, global micro-influences that celebrate individuality.

Introducing New Characters

Characters are the heart of any story, and my universe is no exception. Let me share a few new ones:

Nyankev: Inspired by clandestine creativity, Nyankev is a distant cousin of Nyana NyanMeow, blending openness with esotericism. His design isn’t finalized, but his spirit embodies the joy of connecting diverse elements.

Anyen: A character born from profound memories of a caring Puerto Rican friend, Nino, who shaped my worldview. Anyen’s story echoes themes of strength, loyalty, and the power of standing up for oneself.

Bicyco, Ogonzhmi, and Sleeby: A trio of characters that explore counterintelligence, paranoia, and tradecraft through humor and intrigue. Each represents a facet of my thoughts on secrecy, trust, and personal growth.

Art as a Micro Revolution

Art is my weapon for change. Through my game universe, I aim to challenge social norms and trends while staying true to a vision rooted in inclusivity and authenticity. My art isn’t just fantasy; it’s a dialogue with reality, shaped by my experiences with incredible individuals who have influenced my journey—trans people, professors, friends, and even adversaries.

Real-Life Inspirations

Many of my characters are drawn from real-life encounters. For instance, Ashin and Anyen were inspired by people whose resilience and kindness left a lasting impact. Even my humorous characters like Bicyco have roots in meaningful, albeit complex, relationships. These stories remind me of the importance of inclusivity, not just as a concept, but as a lived reality.

The Role of Open Characters

While some of my characters remain enigmatic and clandestine, I’ve also introduced open characters like Nyankev and Anyen. These characters allow for broader accessibility and connection, making my universe a space for everyone to feel represented and included.

Aestheticism Meets Inclusion

Inclusion in my game universe isn’t about following social norms or trends. Instead, it’s about creating an alternative vision that resonates with both fantasy and real-life memories. It’s about appreciating the esotericism of clandestine characters while celebrating the openness of accessible ones.

Closing Thoughts

This is just the beginning. My indie game universe is a living, evolving project that reflects my commitment to inclusivity, creativity, and revolution. It’s a space where art, music, technology, and storytelling converge to create something truly unique.

To everyone who has influenced my journey, thank you. To those who feel like black sheep, welcome. And to the dreamers, let’s build this universe together—one character, one story, and one revolution at a time.
